In this book of poetry by Ásthildur Helen Gestsdóttir, characters from Nordic mythology get a voice to make a dramatic, mournful work of poetry. Sigyn and Loki come face to face with their past and future and try to come to terms with their violent relationship. It is a story that has been told for centuries but always dismissing the view of the loyal wife.
When the gods have passed their judgement on Loki, Sigyn remains steadfast and loyal be her husband's side in Hveralund. Together they await Ragnarök, the apocalypse, tormented by silence and the grief that unites them.
