This is the fifth volume in a series about Hallgrímur Pétursson (1614 - 1674) and his work. Most of the poems dealt with here are everyday observations and nursery rhymes. Most of these were also written down after his passing. Every poem is shown from the original manuscript with detailed information about later corrections and versions.
