Heiða Vigdís Sigfúsdóttir first book was a short novel,  a part of the Forlagið "New Voices" series. Getnaður (2022) got great reviews and this is her second book, her first book of poetry equally powerful and relentless. It is a colorful revolt against the strains society imposes on women. It is too lively, too playful and contains too many emotions.
