Andvari is a literature and history series and this is the 149. volume. The main article is dedicated to the life and work of Ragnhildur Helgadóttir (1930 - 2016), politician and former president of the Icelandic parliament, written by historians Rósa Magnúsdóttir and Ragnheiði Kristjánsdóttir. There are many other interesting articles included as well covering various fields of literary and history studies.
